ARRIVAL
Please arrive on time. Please contact us if you will be 10+ minutes late to your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but in some cases, your service may need to be modified or rescheduled.
BOOKING
We ask that all new and current clients provide a credit card at the time of scheduling to hold your appointment time. Deposits may be required for select medical aesthetic services.
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
At Rejuvenations Medi Spa, we understand that schedules can change and unforeseen circumstances can arise. However, to ensure that we can accommodate all of our valued clients, we kindly request your cooperation with our cancellation and rescheduling policy.
APPOINTMENT CHANGES
To reschedule or cancel any appointments, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and offer your appointment slot to another client. Failure to provide notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will incur charges as outlined below.
LATE CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOW CHARGES
Laser Treatments and Dermal Fillers:
Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of $100, categorized under "No Show/Late Cancellations."
Botox and Medical Aesthetic Treatments:
Less than 24 hours notice will lead to a $50 charge, also noted as "No Show/Late Cancellations."
Spa Services Policy:
Late Cancellations:
If a cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a fee equivalent to 50% of the service price will be charged.
No Shows:
Failure to attend your appointment without any prior notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service price.
Please note that these charges will be automatically applied to the credit card on file. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us manage our appointment schedule effectively. This policy ensures we can continue providing the highest quality service to all our clients.
AUTOMATIC REMINDERS
As a courtesy, we send automated 24-hour reminders of your upcoming appointment via text and email, to help prevent accidentally missing your appointment.
PAYMENTS
We accept all credit cards & cash.
NO REFUNDS
Pricing for services and products is subject to change. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
